2014 Avinyó Cava Brut Reserva

Pale golden yellow with light bubbles. Very fresh nose coated with green apples, minerals and a touch of straw. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and light bodied. Crisp palate with some green apples and stone fruits. Medium length finish.
Made up of 60% Macabeo, 25% Xarel-lo and 15% Parellada. Aged for a minimum of 20 months in the cellar prior to release.
