Medium yellow hue with an inviting nose that evolves with air. White flowers on the nose with citrus zest and some honeysuckle. Additionally perfumey notes and some tropical fruits when it warmed up. Day two brought on more citrus notes like oranges and something similar to acacias. Crisp and fresh on the palate with bright acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Solid minerality on the palate with notes of citrus, stone and tropical fruits. Maybe some lychee. Medium plus finish.
