Second of the Sauvignon Blancs at Klein Constantia.
Light greenish yellow with floral, lemon grass and green notes on the nose. High acidity (7/10) with a medium body. Granny smith apples on the palate with some lemon zest. Medium plus finish with a slightly creamy mouthfeel.
This bottling is inspired by Pascal Jolivet and his work in Sancerre. Aged in stainless steel and on the lees for 12 months.
