Third of the blind white wines at this quarter's S&E Wine Club, which for whites was Chardonnay vs Chenin Blanc. Thanks Tom and Andrea.

Light greenish yellow. A touch stinky on the nose with hay and straw, mixed in with some citrus fruits and stones. Crisp palate with medium plus acidity (6.5/10) and light plus body. Solid citrus notes and a little white floral notes. Quite lively with solid minerality and medium plus finish. Very interesting white blend.

Special winemaking project for people who want to make their own wine and choose how involved to get. Made up of 47% Chenin Blanc, 19% Riesling, 13% Chardonnay, 9% Gewürztraminer and a bit of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc.
