Tasting Note:June 24, 2017

Pale yellow. Fruity nose with tropical notes and green apples. A touch of oak influence too. Medium acidity (6/10) and well balanced. Light bodied and fresh with tropical notes, melon, banana, pineapple and a touch creamy. Dry and medium plus body.


This is made up of 100% Grenache Blanc from the Stoney Creek Estate Vineyard (10%), Swansborough Vineyard (80%) and South Fork Vineyard (10%). Aged for 6 months in 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral French oak.

Drink Dates:

2017 till 2022.
