Pale yellow. Lovely nose with citrus, kiwi, green tree fruits, white stone fruits and a touch of white floral notes. Crisp and bright acidity (7/10) with a light plus body. Well balanced with lots of citrus, grapefruits, and some soft melon or tropical notes. Some wet gravel in the long finish too. Crazy how long this lasted, still drinking well on day four. Delicious.

Made of 100% whole cluster Sauvignon Blanc from the Longwood Ranch, Wilson Ranch and Gamble Vineyards. This bottling is fermented in a combination of concrete, stainless steel, and a mix of new and used French oak ouncheons. The wine is aged sur lies for six months with stirring. 3,500 cases produced. Naissance is the French word for 'beginning' or 'birth' which is how this Sauvignon Blanc was made, as a blend of Old World and New World styles.
