Dark garnet red. Love the nose of this bottling, a little stinky with some light cheese, yeast, dry board and some undertones of raspberries and some greenery. Moderate plus tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Earthiness on the plate, gravel and red cherries, definitely has an old world twist to it. Smoothed out and showed more balance from day one to say two. Dry start in the long finish.
