Medium golden yellow. Needed to warm up a little to start showing some notes on the nose with peaches, honeysuckle and mandarins. Hidden acidity behind a bit of sweetness. A touch of melons, white peaches and a bit sappy or cloye. Medium bodied with a light and sweet finish.
The Edel is a blend of Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.
