Second time trying this bottling and it has gained some nice complexity with the additional bottle age. A light greenish pale yellow. Bright and vibrant with tons of fruits, especially citrus and stone fruits. Long and lingering finish.

Beautiful wine to start out the tasting at Sinegal Estate. Clear and crisp pale yellow. A little tight on the nose with a some light white and citrus fruits, accompanied with a slightly creamy undertone. Super crisp and refreshing. Loaded with tropical notes on the palate like grapefruit, melon and guava. A good amount of white fruits too. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) that was relatively balanced but a bit sharp in the finish. Long and lingering but light bodied. Delicious and perfect for the summer.
