Special treat to try after our tasting. Dark ruby red. Savory attack on the nose with savory herbs and peppercorn, which opened up to dark fruits. Heavy tannins (8/10) and full bodied. Palate says oak to us, with dark berries, cinnamon and vanilla. Long and lingering finish. Shows the potential for aging of the newer vintages we tried today.

Made of 89% Cabrenet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Only 828 cases produced.
